By combining philanthropy and asset management, we create a model that allows for diversification of capital to be leveraged for grant making and social impact investments. With over 40 years of combined experience, we have acquired knowledge and developed relationships that will allow us to help clients build For Profit/Non-Profit organizations.
Our foundational assistance includes establishing entities owned by non-profits, developing for profit ecosystems and leveraging creative sustainable revenue approaches beyond large foundations and government grants. Together we can integrate philanthropy with local community non-profits.

Imprint uses a venture philanthropy approach to manage a social impact portfolio of hyper-local and athlete-led community initiatives, while providing advising and fiscal sponsorship services for non-profit leaders. Bergamot provides asset management and investment advisory services to assess financial goals for organizations and individuals alike. Together, Bergamot collaborates with Imprint to develop pathways for people to grow their wealth so that they can increase their giving.

Christopher Liong, CIO
BERGAMOT
Christopher is the Founder of Bergamot Asset Management, a minority owned investment advisor that works closely with institutions and individuals to help reach their personal and financial goals. He serves as CIO and Managing Partner of the firm.
Prior to Bergamot, Christopher was a Managing Partner and Portfolio
Manager at Suffolk Capital Management. Christopher joined Suffolk Capital Management in May 1996 as a Research Analyst covering the Technology, Telecommunications and Media sectors and was named the firm’s first Director of Research in 1999 where he oversaw a team of 12 analysts. He then became the Portfolio Manager for the Large Cap Growth strategy in 2001, ultimately responsible for $2b+ in assets under management. Additionally, in 2013, Christopher became the Portfolio Manager for the Small Cap Growth strategy.
His interest in philanthropy started at an early age while attending junior high school in the projects and soon after visiting his parent’s birthplace, the Philippines, where he saw firsthand the wide disparity in the haves and have-nots. Wanting to have an impact and make a change, he has done various charity and volunteer work with Make-A-Wish, YMCA and local food banks. He is excited being given the opportunity to collaborate with Imprint Global, Inc.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.

Dameon V. Alexander, PhD
IMPRINT
Dr. Alexander co-founded Imprint Global, Inc. (501c3) as a boutique group inspired by his own Doctoral work at the University of Cambridge. The goal is to develop Imprint into an ecosystem of diverse influencers in professional sports, business, and nonprofits seeking to revolutionize the way we achieve equity in education and economy, the centerpieces of social progress.
Imprint offers fiscal sponsorship, pro-athlete advising, nonprofit counseling, and support for hyper-local nonprofits addressing key social impact issues in communities. Imprint uses a venture philanthropy mental model and focusses on qualitative impact measurement to explore social change.
Dr. Alexander is an economic sociologist. He has taught a variety of courses as a professor at Georgetown University. He is author of the book The Imprint of Business Norms on American Education.
He led partnership building and venture philanthropy for Stand Together, a Koch Industries network of approximately 700+ business leaders inclusive of 200 family offices and 200+ nonprofit organizations. His work involved donor advising, grant making, portfolio management, measurement, nonprofit leadership coaching, and building high profile collaborations across entertainment, professional sports, and business.
Dr. Alexander also serves as a Partner and Senior Philanthropic Advisor at New Profit, Inc. an pioneer organization in venture philanthropy. He manages large family donations to support the work of social entrepreneurs.
Dr. Alexander is moved by faith, family, and profit for purpose. He is a husband and a father of two daughters who are budding tennis players.
