Hervé Francois

Hervé Francois is a Managing Director at Bergamot Asset Management focused on Alternative Investments and Wealth Management. Before joining Bergamot in November 2025, Herve was a Partner at DeRosa Group, where he led acquisitions and helped grow a $100+ million multifamily portfolio across more than 15 properties.

Prior to DeRosa Group, Hervé spent 23 years on Wall Street in Equity Research at Citigroup and Credit Suisse First Boston where he was top-ranked stock picker. He led Institutional Sales at Mizuho Securities and other boutique banks.

Mr. Francois holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College.
